Your first assessment takes place by secure video, wherever you live. We review your goals, medical history, hormone therapy and candidacy, and outline the surgical options realistically.
Consultations in English and French
The clinical team works fluently in both languages, and written documents — quotes, surgical plans, consent forms and post-op instructions — can be issued in English or French.
Preliminary photo assessment
Before booking a consultation, you can send a standardized photo file. Dr Laungani reviews it and gives you a first, honest opinion on feasibility and the most suitable technique.

WPATH letters & assessments
We tell you exactly which letters and assessments are required for your procedure under WPATH SOC-8, review the documents you already have, and can direct you to qualified mental-health and medical assessors when a letter is missing.
Travel coordination
Our coordinator helps you sequence everything: pre-op testing, arrival dates, the length of stay required in Montreal before you are cleared to fly home, and the supporting letters some patients need for travel or employers.
Recovery accommodation — our recovery suites
L'Atelier du Corps is developing dedicated recovery suites adjoining the clinic: a calm, private place to convalesce, with nursing support and dressing changes on site rather than a hotel room across town. For out-of-province and international patients this is a genuine differentiator.
Remote post-op follow-up
Once you are home, follow-up continues by video and secure photo review on a defined schedule. Dr Laungani remains your point of contact, and we liaise with your local physician or nurse when hands-on care is needed.
